Fun for Friday

First, this map game. But if you play, you have to promise to leave a comment with your scores. For me, the first time I played I got 92% correct with an average error of 13 miles. When I played just now, I got 100%. Remember people, I have a degree in geography and I totally did stuff like this in my major courses (riiiiiight, actually I'm just trying to make you feel better).

Second, this website. If you go to it, you have to promise to leave a comment with the food that you'd most like to eat. For me, it's a toss-up between the bacon wellington explosion and sloppy joes on a donut.

P.S. Speaking of donuts, anyone want to do this race with me next year? R and A, how could you not tell me about this?!

  1. First - I just got a 94% with 10 miles. That was fun. I'll have to try it again to see if I can do better.

  2. We just barely heard of it ourselves. We are thinking of doing it next year. Are you in?

  3. 78% and 84 miles. yes pathetic. 2nd time i got 90% and 18 miles. but i realized it's not quite fair when i had ben do it: his order was different and it had "set" him up better. i feel like i could have done better if i had a different order. sore loser? perhaps. :)

the food: Deed Fried S’more On A Stick. but 99.9% of those things made me want to gag.

no way am i doing that race. i wonder how many puke on the way back?

  5. 84% 35 miles...but I have to say, it seemed really sensitive LOL

As you run the Krispy Kreme race you'll have think of me :) I went to Peace College, one block from the Krispy Kreme on Peace Street. We made many KK runs for midnight study snacks, but we only had a block to walk after sharing a dozen, not all the way to the NCS belltower.

  7. 90% and 14 miles! Not bad, considering those middle states are all non-states to me.

And that food seriously made me want to ralph!

    Fun games,e!! Thanks!

  8. 86% and 34 miles off. Not as good as I would like, but I blame Iowa for not being where it should be.
