So remember nearly TWO YEARS ago when I made a tooth pillow for Rhett, thinking he'd soon be losing teeth? Wow was I wrong! Only nine days shy of being 7 1/2 years old, my boy finally lost his first tooth. It had been loose for a couple weeks, but when he had some annoying instrument in his mouth (is there any other kind?) and Ollie yanked it hard, well, it got a LOT looser. Chuck started fiddling and POOF! My boy suddenly had one fewer tooth than he had before.
Update: Rhett decided he'd rather keep the tooth than have money, so we didn't even need that darn pillow.

Aw, he looks adorable! And so grown-up now - in that I-just-lost-a-tooth kind of way, of course. I find that hilarious that he didn't even use your pillow! Maybe the next tooth he loses he won't feel so attached to? Funny kid. But yay for Rhett!
